Production

At our UK BRC *AA grade production plant, we can process IQF & Chilled meat, poultry and sausages for major food companies, this includes providing a food processing and packing service for clients requiring the flexibility to supply their own or procure their own raw material. At our Capetown facility, our state of the art manufacturing facility is BRC A grade approved and currently the only cooked meats plant in South Africa to have this high standard using a sous-vide cooking operation.

If you are looking for a reliable partner to handle your temperature controlled storage needs then look no further.
We have a BRC AA grade approved facility with over 2000 pallet positions in our coldstore and 650 pallet positions in our chilled storage. We can provide picking and unpacking along with fast turnaround times for your vehicles, our onsite blast freezing facility is available for up to 20 tons at a time.
Aside from our BRC AA rating we are also NRCS, PPECB certified along with ZA and EC approval for imports and exports.
